If you believe the material was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notice that includes: (1) identification of the material; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error; (3) your name, address and telephone number; (4) a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent court; (5) your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
The publisher reserves the right to remove or restrict access to material from repeat infringers in appropriate appropriate cases. The publisher's takedown decisions are independent of the operator's takedown decisions; the two may differ.
