How to file a notice

Send a written notice that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) identification of the material on this product profile that you claim is infringing, with the URL; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the copyright owner; (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send

Open Support with the takedown notice attached. The publisher routes valid notices to the operator's takedown channel. The publisher also removes or restricts access to the identified material pending the outcome of the takedown review.

Counter-notice

If you believe the material was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notice that includes: (1) identification of the material; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error; (3) your name, address and telephone number; (4) a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent court; (5) your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

The publisher reserves the right to remove or restrict access to material from repeat infringers in appropriate appropriate cases. The publisher's takedown decisions are independent of the operator's takedown decisions; the two may differ.
